President Richards working from home

President Maxwell Richards is recuperating and working at home, a release from the President’s Office said yesterday. Richards was discharged from St Clair Medical Centre on Sunday, after spending four days there. The President was hospitalised after chest pains. According to the release, the President will return to his office “in a few days.”  “Sources said this might be as early as tomorrow, depending on how his Excellency feels.

The source added that the President was being encouraged to rest. The release stated that the President and his family “sincerely thank” the many persons who offered good wishes and prayers for his speedy recovery. All appointments which the President had for yesterday and today were cancelled. Sources said Richards was “in good spirits.”
