Pick pocketer in Arima

THE EDITOR: I want Arima people to beware of a well-known pickpocket and chain-snatcher from Port-of-Spain, especially Charlotte Street. He is of African descent with cane-row hair style, he dresses in soft pants and work-like shirt with a black bag hanging off his shoulder. He usually dresses like that so when he tries to pick and you turn around you see someone looking neat, but don’t be fooled by his looks, he is a notorious thief on Charlotte Street. Charlotte Street  “hot” with police, so they are coming to Arima.
