Third World GSM

THE EDITOR: No thank you, TSTT for the hiccups that are happening on the GSM network! Messages are presently being blocked and calls delayed by the busy tone! This is the Third World jitters that users of the TTDM cell phones are being asked to revert to. When a dog is hit by a motor vehicle, it is in a biting mood before it dies and this is what is happening to this monopoly which is, happily, about to end.

The way certain companies are behaving, customers are not getting their money’s worth at all. We live in a nation where words are not always backed by actions and certain interests are taking full advantage. Numerous complaints from resident phone users about the ridiculously high billing are often heard on call-in shows on radio and they fall upon deaf ears. There are complaints about other types of activities and this is added gain for refunds whether one likes it or not! The public will certainly welcome the opening up of the telecommunications industry.
