IN NEXT week’s Tobago House of Assembly (THA) election, the two main contenders are incumbent Chief Secretary Orville London of the People’s National Movement (PNM) and the man he defeated four years ago, Hochoy Charles, former leader of the National Alliance for Reconstruction (NAR) in Tobago, who is leading the Democratic Action Congress into the upcoming polls.
