PNM discrimination
THE EDITOR: Justice R Hamel-Smith could not have put it more sweetly in his judgment he delivered in the Maha Sabha radio licence case. Another case of discrimination practised and delivered by the PNM has been made out. In his judgment the learned judge said “Discrimination can be practised, and usually is, by stealth... would think that Cabinet is to be trusted to act responsibly and fairly in determining whether or not should be granted to the appellants... I am prepared to accept that there was a strong case of unequal treatment presented by the appellants, a case which had to be answered by the Minister.” The judge said that the Maha Sabha was treated unequal to the PNM supporter who owns Citidal.
The judges in the highest courts in the lands slap the PNM hard for their bias and yet nothing is one to the Minister. Yet they preaching Vision 2020. The PNM should be ashamed! Yet they are talking about God and asking people to repent and pray! You do that! We do not expect any one of them to do the just thing and resign after this case of discrimination has been proven against them.
