Branch board members functioning

THE EDITOR: Kindly allow me a space in your newspaper to address an article written on January 18, 2005 page 12 by Mr Edwin Bascombe, Estate Corporal, MTS Plaza, Aranguez. The old people have a saying that empty vessels make the most noise and Mr Bascombe your vessel sure is empty when you say the branch board members are not functioning as required. To whose laws? Yours?

Mr Bascombe, if you are a member of the EPA, I am sure information would have been passed on to you about the facts regarding the three months back-pay and branch board elections. My message to you is the throw of the dice is to throw it away. So stop gambling with your future and become a member of the EPA.
