North name U-13 cricketers

DEFENDING champions North selected a 17-member squad for their Under-13 KFC Inter-zone match against North-East. The team will be coached by ex-national middle-order batsman Claude Phillip. The champs will face North East at Mico ground, Boundary Road, San Juan on April 26.

The full North squad include: Khesan Ottley, Nicholas Alexis, John Lee (CIC); Akeem Hilliar, Kharry Pierre (Success/Laventille); Marlon Hyde, Luke Samerson, Videsh Hrrichan (Tranquility); Mikail Sookoo Dion Manswell (St Anthony’s); Derove David (Montrose); Keron Joseph (Trinity); Anthony Jawahir (Hillview); Isiah Rajah (Tunapuna); Akiel Hosein (Nelson Street); Keston Malchan (San Juan); Rishad Wint (Barataria).
