Connection look to spank Tobago Utd

W CONNECTION can maintain their stranglehold in the T&T Pro League when they host Tobago United in the sixth round of the season today. The ‘Savonetta Boys’ will make the short trek to the Ato Boldon Stadium, Couva to meet the table-proppers, with the sole intention on a sixth successive triumph. Connection have beaten all their other opponents thus far in the seven-team competition and, from 4 pm, will be aiming for another three points against the lads from the sister isle. Also at 4 pm, second-placed Cale-donia AIA/Fire will head south to the Palo Seco Recreation Ground to meet United Petrotrin while 2004 champs North East Stars will oppose CL Financial San Juan Jabloteh at the Sangre Grande Recreation Ground.
