33 teams for PYM youth football


A TOTAL of 33 teams are vying for honours in this year’s 48th Progressive Youth Movement Foot-ball League season. The league, according to president Bissoon Birsingh, is offering a total of $10,000 in prizes, trophies and medals to winners.


Action will be in three divisions — Under-13; Under-15 and under-17. Clubs entered must pay a registration fee of $100 for the under-13s, and $200 for under-15 and under-17.


And the clubs are asked to attend an important meeting on Thursday at the PYMFL pavilion, Aranguez Savannah from 4.30 pm.

Under-13 Division — Morvant United; Tyro Sports; Unity Sports; CL Financial San Juan Jabloteh; Cruz International; Mt D’or Youthopia New Generation; Young Lions; Trincity Nationals; Maloney/ D’Abadie Youth Academy; and Carenage United.


Under-15 Division — Barataria Ball Players; Morvant United; RSSR Coaching School; Tyro Sports; Unity Sports; CL Financial Jabloteh; Cruz International; Joe Public; Mt D’or Youthopia New Generation; Sunshine Youths; Trincity Nationals; Maloney D’Abadie Youth Academy; and Jack Public.


Under-17 Division — Arima Ball Masters; Morvant United; Cruz International; Joe Public; Mt D’or Youthopia New Generation; Sunshine Youths; Young Lions; Jack Public; and Carenage United.
