No more ‘yappity yap’ from Hinds

THE EDITOR: The yappity yap Junior Minister of National Security seems to be suffering from a paralysed tongue for his incessant yapping on talk radio and public forums has abruptly ceased. The decent thing for him to do would be to comment on the actions of the gallant police officers who were involved in a fire fight with bandits at the Customs Bond compound at Piarco.

The moral thing for him to do would be to praise the courage of the late PC Maharaj who carried out this duty fearlessly and made the supreme sacrifice, as well as his colleague who tried unsuccessfully to rescue him from the inferno of the bombed police car. These officers and their families need to know that yappity yap Hinds is behind them.
