Man shot while gambling

A 24-YEAR-OLD man was shot twice while gambling with friends at John John, Laventille, around 3.45 pm on Saturday, police said. Deon Porter told police at hospital that while gambling, he saw a man armed with a gun approach him. He became afraid and started running, but was shot in the left leg and the right side of the head. He was taken to Port-of-Spain General Hospital where he was treated and remains warded.
