Primary schools tennis play-offs today

Over seven Educational Districts will be taking part this year including defending champions Petit Valley Boys.

Curtis Gonzales will be co-ordinating the play-offs this year supported by other coaches from the districts.

Among the coaches are Rafeek Mohammed, Rhonda Mohammed, Rodney Ross, Kevin Clarke, Dave Patrick, Sandra Recheir, Carlos Taylor and Errol Jackson.

Overseeing the exercise is Anthony Jeremiah, the National Co-ordinator.

The following dates have been proposed for the Mini-Tennis District play-offs and National Finals.

St George — Tacarigua Indoor Arena, September 27

Caroni— Central Indoor Arena, October 11

Port-of-Spain— Public Courts, Octo-ber 4

South East— Mayaro Resource Centre, October 6

St Patrick East— Petrotrin-Penal, Barrackpore, October 13

St Patrick West— Point Fortin Civic Centre, October 18

North East— Arima Tennis Courts, October 20

Victoria— Skinner Park Tennis Courts, November 3

National Finals— November 16, Tacarigua /Public Courts/UWI
