Tonnia Ramsey cops Tobago Fest crown

The packed Signal Hill Senior Comprehensive school erupted on the announcement of Ramsey placing first in the competition.

Placing second was Jody Melville from Patience Hill who also copped special prizes for the best gown and best costume.

Another crowd favourite Abiola Vance took third spot and also the prize for the best physique.

Taking the prizes for Miss Photogenic and Miss Amity were Micella Caterson from Mount St George and Crystal Linsday of Caanan Bon Accord, respectively.

All special prize winners received $1,000 each, while the winner got a challenge trophy along with $4,000 in cash.

The queens made three appearances. The first in swimwear, then costume and later on, evening wear.
