Dare To Dream looked rather lively in stepping 600 metres in 38.65 seconds and must be noted especially if ground conditions turn up sloppy tomorrow.

Two-year-old Apocalypse had a good run over the same trip in 38.32 seconds, a fraction better than the older Settled Account who was timed in 38.35 seconds.

Both Bright King and Love And Letters came out of the boxes for their 600 metres gallop and were clocked in 38.86 seconds.

And Premier Attraction who holds the engagement for the Optional Claiming day’s finale, had a pleasing gallop over 1000 metres in one minute 09.13 seconds.
