Laventille win Republic n-ball thriller

In "B" Division action Cavaliers also got home by one goal in another thriller, edging Faluma Printery 14-13.

Asha McDowell scored nine goals of 16 attempts, Donella Adams two of seven and Odella Harding three of three for the winning team, while Atoya Adams had 10 of 16 and Adanna Benn three of five for Printery.

But Sparkles burned Laventille "B" 20-9 with Kelly Ann Francois scoring six goals of 13 attempts, LeAnn McKenzie 14 of 25. Jude Hamson got seven goals of nine attempts while Keonna Noel had two of four for the young Laventille girls.
