Trinis fete over long Christmas weekend

FETE, fete and more fete was the motto for some Trinis over the long Christmas weekend as they took the opportunity to party in celebration of the joy and merriment that is Christmas. And while some opted to stay at home and prepare the pastelle and ham for Christmas Day, others hit the party scene on Christmas Eve and Christmas night to party their worries away.

All major clubs and party venues throughout the country were filled to capacity as party animals took to the dance floor. It would seem that partygoers used the long weekend to practice their foxtrot and funky chicken dance moves in preparation for more partying come New Year’s Day. Newsday lensman CURTIS CHASE was on the move over the weekend and brought back photos from the Julius Caesar Christmas Night all inclusive party at the Chaguaramas Golf Club as well as the Angostura Christmas Eve party.
