Eye centre looking into Patricia’s glasses
Patricia Lewis complained to the People’s Hotline that she has been awaiting the return of a pair of spectacles from Allison’s Eye Centre Company Ltd for almost three months now. Lewis said the company kept the eye wear to effect repairs after one of the arms broke, about one week after she purchased it. She called the office on several occasions and was told that the company was sourcing a new part from another country. Lewis said her eyesight is deteriorating and she is unable to read. Contacted yesterday, an official at Allison’s assured that Lewis’ problem will be looked into and she will be contacted.
