Five-way lead in bpTT Pro-Am


THERE IS a five-way lead on the first day of the two-day bpTT Pro Am, as the Charity Golf Tournament continued at the St Andrew’s Golf Course, Moka, Maraval.


The week-long competition will conclude today. Mark King, Simon Edwards, Bruce Davidson, Tim Thelen and Graham Fox are all locked atop the leader-board with 70.


Tom Sutter, Peter Lutchmansingh and Gordon Simpson all follow with scores of 71.


Meanwhile, the Texas Scramble, under the scramble format, took place on Wednesday with the Flour Daniel-sponsored team of Dan Spinks, Eric Hennington, Max Easley and pro Brian Smith, victorious with a combined score of 58.


Second spot went to Citigroup’s Ameen Ho Sing Loy, Hayden Imam, Mark Camino and pro Iain McInally (61) and, sharing third place with a score of 62, were Baroid No 2 - Donald Cameron, Bruce Mouttet, Patricia Inglefield and pro Bob Toshack; Tracmac Engineering — Kenny Attai, Noel Elisa, Gerrard Vieira and pro Johnny Bloomfield and HJ Stauble/Aims — Harry Stauble, Rodney Masters, Troy McGinty and pro Tommy Wolfenberger.
