One shot and another chopped in Sea Lots
AN 18-year old Sea Lots man was shot in the buttocks while walking close to his home at about 5 am yesterday. Police reports revealed that the victim was standing close to his home when he was approached by a gunman who shot him once and fled the scene. The victim was rushed to the Port-of-Spain General Hospital where he was treated and warded. A short while later, a 27-year-old man of Sea Lots had an argument with another man. The man pulled out a cutlass and dealt the 27-year- old man several chops. His right thumb was almost severed in the cutlass attack. Officers of the Besson Street Police Station are investigating.
