Cocktails for ACS delegates

Delegates from member countries attended a two-day preparatory session where designated member country officials considered requests for the admission of new members.

The cocktail reception was attended by the Mexican Ambassador, the Venezuelan Ambassador as well as members of staff of both embassies and the ACS and delegates.
