Lewis to open five-day sports admin workshop

workshop will be held at the Media Room of the Jean Pierre Complex, Wrightson Road, Port-of Spain. The workshop is being hosted by the TT Olympic

Committee (TTOC), and is part of the Australian Caribbean Community Sports Development Programme (ACCSDP) workshop series.

The exercise has been successfully offered in Dominica, St Kitts, St Lucia, St Vincent, Tortola and in south Trinidad. The course is interactive and designed to take

participants through a process involving the development of skills and expertise such as negotiation, club and association formation, writing skills, conflict resolution,

volunteer management and finance. A collaboration between the TTOC and TTASPE, the workshop is a critical component of the TTOC’s affiliate development programme. The TTOC expect all affiliates to send at least one representative.
