‘Peacemaker’ shot dead

Reports revealed that at about 9.30 pm, Patrick Smith, alias Gunners, was walking near the basketball court when he was confronted by a gunman who shot him several times.

Smith’s body was examined by a district medical officer who had it removed to the Forensic Science Centre in St James.

Smith is the 107th person to be murdered for the year.
