Unruly drivers

Every morning religiously there are cars on the link road connecting Mucurapo Road to the Audrey Jeffers Highway waiting to cross, but the traffic lights automatically stay on red from North to South, to allow the free flow of traffic on the “Foreshore”. There was a policewoman there yesterday giving tickets to the errant drivers, but why do Trinidadians insist on being lawless?

Perhaps the authorities could re-do the sign and see if that would help.
