Still a third world country

I have travelled to the TTEC office in Port-of-Spain to pay my wife’s electricity charges, with regards to metre no 648372 A/C No 728984-712749 and low and behold you cannot pay the bill on your wife’s behalf, never in my life I have come across any business that refuses to take money on some one’s account. I now know why TTEC is in a mess. Further to the above, if they have anyone in management that has any “common sense” (I really don’t know why they call it common, because it’s not common at all, it’s very rare), they would institute a monthly billing cycle, instead of bi monthly, they should get their invoices for payment out promptly, and then and only then they would save millions in interest with regards to their overdraft, and then they can forget the idea about increasing domestic charges.
