more time to complain

Previously the complaints desk, which has been present in San Fernando for several years, only operated on a limited number of days each week. The division is also moving apace to establish full-time consumer desks in Couva, Point Fortin and Mayaro. The goal is to make the services of the division and the Ministry of Legal Affairs more accessible to citizens living in remote areas.

The Ministry said it will continue to seek ways to improve the quality of service to citizens.

The complaints desk at 9 Leotaud Street, will be open from 8:30 am to 3:15 pm.
