Winston Bailey on murder charge

Bailey, also called ‘‘Fat Rat’’ of Moraldo Trace in Santa Cruz, was before Magistrate Lianne Lee Kim in the Port-of-Spain Fourth Magistrates’ Court charged with the murder of Reynold Douglas at Marcano Road, Eastern Quarry, Laventille, on March 23.

Douglas, 19, was shot several times.

Bailey was charged by WPC Janelle Samuel of the Homicide Bureau.

His case was adjourned to April 18.
