In another match the Trinidad and Tobago Elite Arsenal whipped Sangre Grande Young Stars 72-32.
Jean Paul Goring spearheaded the win for Elite Arsenal with 21 points on the night while Dillion Skeete sank ten points. Richard Mungroo scored 14 points in the losing effort for the Sangre Grande Young Stars.
Barataria Ball Players were also victorious in the ABL last week. They triumphed over Vintage by 14 points (67-53).
The Ball Players got a game-high 17 points apiece from Brett Glanville and Trevor Cointe in the win.
Kelvin Perkins was the Vintage topscorer with 13 points while he got worthwhile contributions of eight points each from Jason Patterson and Milton Collingwood.
Another Sangre Grande team, the Sangre Grande All Stars salvaged some pride for their community when they defeated Supligen Crusaders 52-43.
Gregory Alexander guided All Stars to the win with 17 points, and he was supported by his namesake Marlon Alexander ten.
For the Crusaders Kerron Williams also got 17 points and Allister Martin, 11, in their defeat.
