Dust in our face

The people of the village are suffering from unbearable dust; trucks mashing up the road; fulling of sand and blockage of the natural waterway. I am very much concerned that when the rainy season comes, that the dirt will wash away on the road, and cause real problems. I would like someone in authority to do something. I wonder if the contractor got permission from the EMA?
