GHL family fun

The excitement began with a 5K run and despite the occasional early showers there was a large turnout.

One of many fun activities included the kite making competition where the winning kite after several failed attempts, graced the skies with its beauty. There was also fun aerobics, in which participants copped prizes for the Most Suffering, Most Uncoordinated, Ms GHL and Mr GHL.

Activities for children included a well-stocked petting zoo which had both children and adults enthusiastic, while several parents excitedly made their way to the front of the line for horseback rides “for themselves.”

The Road Safety Mascot along with clowns and many fun events ensured the children had a ball.

The day came to a close with the ear-bending karaoke in which participants slaughtered songs by several local artistes while providing a mix of entertainment and torture for onlookers.

Despite attempts by other teams to dethrone “D Generals,” they managed to regain their title as overall winners of the Day with Risk Management Services (RMS) placing second.
