Tractor runs over homeless man

Police report that a homeless man, known as “Joke, lived in a box at the landfill. He was killed when a tractor, moving stones for construction at about 11.30 am yesterday, ran over him. His body was viewed by a district medical officer who ordered it be taken to the Forensic Science Centre, St James.

Sgt Hamilton from the Arima CID is continuing inquiries.
