Bmobile customers claim billing problems

One customer said she has been experiencing delays in receiving her bills on a regular basis and when she contacted TSTT’s Port-of-Spain offices, she was informed that there were problems with bmobile’s billing system. She added that she is now forced to do her own calculations as to how much she owes bmobile.

Contacted yesterday, TSTT officials said they were unaware of any problems involving bmobile’s billing system. They said customers experiencing any such problems should contact TSTT with the particulars so that they could receive assistance.
