TUCO documents disappear

It is suspected that someone gained unauthorised access to the office during the past week. Andrews said this was confirmed when one of the missing documents turned up at a recent general council meeting of TUCO’s parent body at Jerningham Avenue in Bel-mont.

The document was subsequently seized by a senior official of the parent body and the matter has since been reported to the Scarborough CID. It is also alleged that other missing documents were said to be in the possession of members of a rival grouping in Tobago, according to Andrews. Officers of the Scarborough CID are investigating the matter.
