Focus On Central: Amaaz Shopping Centre synonymous with ‘sale’

The store, which is now managed by the couple’s three sons, was named after the last son, Amaaz.

Recently extended to Eleanore Street, Chaguanas, Amaaz Shopping Centre is synonymous with the word “Sale.” The store has sales regularly. On every holiday and every season there is a sale.

“We look forward to the sales they have at the end of every month,” said one customer.

The goods which are of high quality are imported from Panama and Los Angeles and some also come from local suppliers.

One of the managers said, “we sell women’s clothing (more the plus sizes) and we always try to give all our customers the best prices and the best quality.”

He added that he encourages people to go to shop in Chaguanas since, “Central prices are cheaper than anywhere else.”

The store opens from 9 am to 6 pm from Monday to Saturday and from 9 am to 1 pm on Sundays and public holidays.
