‘Cobra’ killed in drive-by shooting

According to police reports, at about 9:15 pm, Denanan Debideen, 50, also known as “Cobra,” was sitting on a chair at Northwest Drive, when several men drove by in a vehicle and shot him. Debideen died on the spot.

Eyewitnesses immediately alerted the Police.

Officers from the West End Police Station and the Homicide Bureau of Investigations (HBI) responded to the call.

Debideen’s body was viewed by the District Medical Officer and ordered to be removed to the Port-of-Spain Mortuary.

The HBI is continuing the inquiry.
