Iwer’s radio on the rise

With this came the need to improve its facilities and CEO Neil Iwer George immediately set work in motion.

Although Trinibashment started off as a community station in Point Fortin, it maintained administrative offices in Port-of-Spain. At present construction work is apace at the Maraval Road, Port-of-Spain offices which was previously demolished to make way for a state-of-the-art, three-story building.

The construction will not hamper the running of the station as it continues at its base in Point Fortin.

The administrative staff of Trinibashment is housed in temporary offices, located opposite the construction site on Maraval Road.

According to George, “We have to move with the times and getting my national licence was always my goal. I intend to use it to maximum advantage bringing local music and programming to the entire nation and this must be done in comfortable surroundings hence the construction of new offices.”

The Trinibashment team is also preparing for the upcoming “Soca for Summer-The Con-cert” second edition in July.
