Like the Master Blaster, Simon Croskill, Andrew Mason and the indefatigable Colin Croft cannot come to terms with this reality.

Note well that no vice-captain has been named during the one day international series by the host team and this is the likely scenario for the longer version of the game.

The last mentioned sports commentator namely Croft has a penchant for making critical statements.
