Lenny Guy to receive D/Force award

The event takes place at 5.45 pm today at the D’Club, Defence Force Headquarters, Chaguaramas.

Also expected to be honoured are Lincoln Phillips, Ray Robinson, Godfrey Achille and the pair of Steven “Lighter” Lewis and Rhonda John-Duke, the National Basketball Federation’s 2005 nominees for the Sportsman and Sportswoman of the Year awards.

Brigadier Ancil Antoine, the Chief of Defence Staff; Acting Lt Colonel Rodney Smart, the Commanding Officer of the Army; Commanding Officer of the Coast Guard Captain Jeewah Ramoutar and members of the National Basketball Federation of Trinidad and Tobago.
