Committed to stand trial for murder

Mc Nicolls then committed Daniel to stand trial at the next sitting of the Port-of-Spain Assizes.

Daniel was charged with the murder of Steve Prince at Dillon Street, Diego Martin, on August 26, 2005.

He was represented by attorney Patrick Godson-Phillips, while State attorney Nigel Pilgrim appeared for the State.
