Hello Yankee looks good for Imported Sprint

The three-year-old “American” swept through a 600 metres gallop with consummate ease yesterday morning, and at the end of it the clock read 35.06 seconds.

This was a big warning signal from the son of Yankee Victor/Ritchie Trail who is in the powerful John O’Brien barn, to his six rivals.

There was also a lot to like about newcomer Speeking In Parables from the Bobby Persad stables.

This one ambled through 1000 metres in a very handy one minute 08.35 seconds.

Despite the obvious form of Hello Yankee, however, turfites should see a tight finish with Coconut Boy, Carib Time, Stravinskys Secret and Suave Runner holding the engagement for the 1340 metres race. Apart from these, the other horses seen out on the morning all did pace work.
