Honours for prisons commissioners

The La Brea brothers were recognised for their outstanding personal achievement; and demonstration of commitment and loyalty to the Prisons Service.

Herman Rougier, who recently obtained his Masters of Science in Executive Leadership said, he felt quite humbled by the award and thanked the Pt Fortin Chamber for recognising the sons and daughters of their soil.

John Rougier, whose name has become synonymous with the word “visionary” extended his heartfelt thanks and appreciation to the Chamber for recognising the efforts of members of the Protective Services. The natural born leader said, throughout his 34 years of experience in the Prisons Service he has never once regretted it. Rougier boasted, “Corrections is a noble profession and one I am honoured to be a part of.”
