TSTT what about Butu Road?

I wish to commend members of the Association for their unrelenting pursuit of this matter and to congratulate Town and Country Planning Division for responding to the cry of the people and more particularly the enforcement of the law.

On the other hand it is not clear why these two cell towers have been singled out for special attention since cell towers have been illegally constructed by TSTT in other parts of the country.

Why have no steps been taken to order TSTT to remove the illegally constructed cell tower at 20 Butu Road, South Valsayn notwithstanding repeated representations made by residents to the Town and Country Planning Division.

Of course it may be premature for residents of this area to conclude at this time that they are not worthy of the same favourable treatment meted out to the people of Arouca.

Since the Association purports to represent all citizens regardless of their geographical location and since the director of Town and Country Planning Division is expected not to favour some citizens and discriminate against others it would be deeply appreciated if these two bodies could be good enough to inform residents of Butu Road of the status of TSTT’s illegally constructed cell tower at 20 Butu Road.
