Douglarisation and black fathers

Why do upwardly-mobile black men continue to see white and Indian women as their goal in life? There are enough African women and black children who are without father figures and role models in the home. Douglarisation is working against us.

Other women are reaping the fruits of our labour and sacrifice. I wish that the Minister of Gender Affairs can take up this issue in consultation with other black women leaders like Hazel Brown, Jennifer Baptiste and Rhoda Reddock.

Dr Selwyn Cudjoe can also help in this problem about the loss of black fatherhood and the black family.
