Bakr meets son

The imam, who had earlier made an appearance before Justice Alice Yorke-Soo Hon at the Port-of-Spain First Criminal Court for a cause list hearing stemming from sedition charges against him, was granted the special privilege after the other matters in the courtroom had been dealt with.

The child was accompanied by his mother, Bakr’s fourth wife Indrani Maharaj.Bakr will return to court for another special cause list hearing on July 14.
