Letters in the wind
Two letters of complaint to the Law Society and the lawyer were delivered by hand so TTPost cannot be blamed for non-delivery. TSTT and Columbus Communications never reply to hand delivered letters.
Recently I sent a letter to the Manager Director of a well known company by registered mail for which I paid extra to have a receipt sent to me as proof of delivery. After ten days or so I contacted the post office and was told that I would have to ring the head office. My wife rang the number given and was told that a slip had been left in the company’s mail box to collect the letter which of course has not been done. Having paid for a service it is reasonable to expect the post office to deliver the letter and not leave a slip and forget all about doing the job they have been paid to do.
E-mails are a waste of time as these also are ignored.
Can anyone suggest a way to get reply to a letter?
