Poor quality teachers

Teachers with five O’Levels or its equivalent should definitely not be teaching in primary schools since they have not completed secondary school education. These teachers should be teaching in kindergartens. Teachers with a degree or Advanced Level in either Mathematics, Chemistry, Physics, Biology, Agricultural Science, Creative Arts, Social Science, English Language and Spanish should be teaching in primary schools.

Parents and grandparents are paying VAT. They should demand quality teachers in primary schools, otherwise your children and grandchildren will be dunces and Miss and Sir will collect their gratuity for producing dunces from 90 percent of our primary school children.

It is also time that universities stop fooling students. African and Indian history are done by form one students in Africa and India but the same history is being done by first year university students in Trinidad and Tobago.
