Shut up and let’s move on

We, Trinidad and Tobago, have reached where we never dreamt we could. I say now to the Soca Warriors, accept your (generous) reward in the same spirit of sportsmanship you displayed on the field.

I say now to my fellow citizens: we are the pride of the Caribbean, rejoice and be glad and give praise. Now just shut up and let’s move on to 2010. All this I address especially to our radio talk show hosts. Give it a rest.
