Food in a rage
It did not matter what is their profession was, past students of St Mary’s College put on their aprons and served their favourite dishes. There were different styles of chicken, pork, beef, sea food in a rage and vegetarian dishes along with desserts of all form and fashion. Included in the more than 80 chefs were doctors, lawyers, insurance executives, one government minister, a priest, and several female past students from St Joseph Convent .
Dishes bore names like “Pious Pork,” “Seezhuan Shrimp,” “Beef as it Is,” “Suckling Pig” and “Seafood Supreme.”
These professionals came together in the name of their college CIC, in an effort to raise funds for the school and without a doubt they were successful.
There was an open bar throughout the night which was well patronised as entertainment was provided by PCS Starlift, H2O phlo and Relator.
