FIRST-CARIBBEAN BRINGS NATH IN
Nath will be responsible for spearheading the bank’s strategic growth in Trinidad and Tobago, and will assume this role based on his substantial corporate and commercial experience, which includes managing portfolios in the energy and petrochemical sector.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Miami and a Master’s Degree from Purdue University. He has also served on several boards of directors in Trinidad and Tobago. These include the Local Content Committee, in conjunction with the Ministry of Energy and the deputy chairman position at the Water and Sewerage Authority (WASA). This, in addition to his experience in administration and finance, makes Nath an asset to the bank’s vibrant team.
Commenting on the appointment, Trinidad’s Managing Director, Lloyd Samaroo said, “I welcome the addition of Larry to the corporate team in Trinidad and am confident that his long and successful track record in corporate finance will be of significant value to the organisation.”
Executive Director, Corporate Banking, Horace Cobham added, “Larry is certainly a valuable addition to the corporate group. He brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his new role that is needed to drive our sales strategy in Trinidad.”
