Remove vagrants permanently

In Prime Minister Patrick Manning’s speech honouring the Soca Warriors in the Stadium, he mentioned progress and development in many fields in the country, but what about making it your priority to upgrade and develop Port-of-Spain as it should be upgraded and developed. Beetham Estate should have been developed years ago.

What is the Government waiting for, the 25th century? The vagrants/homeless on the streets, including stray dogs, should be removed from the streets permanently.

The homeless should be put in homes for the underprivileged and the stray dogs should be put out of their misery. Give us a country to be proud of, a country healthy to live in.
