Hire young people for the holidays

All employers should at least hire a minimum of one person in an effort to motivate them and teach them a form of responsibility and independence because they are not too young to enter the world of work.

To date there are too many street children and at this rate by 2010 it can have as many as thousands in the streets just as is seen in other countries if we do not try to curb the problem now. Let us try to avoid this for our country belongs to us.

Young people tend to grasp things quickly once thought properly and despite the nature of the business, be it a lawyer’s office, dentist, supermarket, machine shop, etc, there is a place for everyone in all companies to contribute to the upliftment of the organisation.

Keep in mind that there will be at least 50,000 children home on holiday and I am of the belief that 90 percent of them will not have any activities to partake in therefore causing them to become idle and to avoid adding to the delinquency of today’s youths, let’s strive at this venture and make it a successful one.
